When developing the body for a particular sport or mission we have to figure out a way of maximizing the muscles and coordination.  A soccer player trains different than a Navy Seal.  Each has abilities and both are physically fit.  To name a few qualities, If you've ever watched any great athlete the best ones usually have a combination of fluidity, timing, power, explosiveness, and mindset.  Primal Core Fitness focuses your whole being a completely balanced package.  

 

Fluidity exercises helps you be more intuned with your body.  You'll learn how to center and track your body heigthening self awareness.  Primal Core Fitness exercises are designed to outperform your current abilities by focusing on body state and intent training.  One might say, "well what is body state and intent training?"  It's when you condition your mind and body to go beyond your views of abilities.  

 

The connected exercises will teach you how to center core so that you may move as a complete unit having greater control of balance, posture and presence.  Think of a baseball player swinging a bat.  One element needed is connected power so that their being overcomes the impact of the ball and have follow through power.  The batter must not only be connected but explosive, fluid, have precise timing.  Explosiveness is more than speed and power it requires acceleration and torque.  In order for the body to handle the torque it needs to be unified, connected ,and strong.

 

All those muscle fibers, tendons, and your spine must be perfectly aligned for the moment of impact and if they are...  you have a home run.  And why do so many few hit consistent home runs?  It's more than the physical, it's mindset.  Having the proper intentions by visualizing the outcome prepares the body for action.  The more you visualize the more you become!

 

For instance you may say, "I train baseball four times a week three hours each session" that statement has merit but it limits the mind.  A Primal Core Fitness practioner would say something more in the lines of,"I am baseball."    Now this may sound cliche but by taking this approach on things it sparks more creativity and unites you with your passion.  It has to be more than a job.  With every breath you take you must live it and by living it you become it.
