Primal Core Fitness
Primal Core Fitness training is designed to go beyond developing the standard “Human” attributes that are normally trained. Many methods use standard ways to develop and maximize strength, speed, and endurance. Many programs advocate the use of functional training equipment such as the kettlebells, clubbells, and shotputs. What we often see are very “standard” and stagnant exercises. These training methods have merit and will often enhance human attributes. Primal Core Fitness training philosophy is that humans for the most part, can’t compare to Animals when it comes to speed, strength, endurance, and combat.
After 30 years of training, Primal Core Fitness has developed Animalized training methods. Every PCF exercise is formulated to beat out as we like to say, the getting in our own way human part of us and bring out or release the primal Animal part in all of us!
