The premise here is to show how training the energy, speed and power of each animal will develop tremendous primal power.
1. Tiger: Heavy, pouncing power - Hardcore Back and Shoulders!

2. Snake: Coiling power -Compressing the core!

3. Gorilla: Aggressive, chaotic, Heavy charging power.

4. Monkey: Explosive and evasive! Jumps and squats. Pumping the core!

5. Bear: Heavy, shaking power -Exploding the core!

6. Hawk: Smooth stretching the core!

7. Horse: Striking while in full running and kicking motion. Animalized Cardio!

8. Dragon/Crocodile: Explosive Twisting the core!

Animal training is not a new concept. Many cultures use animals to learn about how to live life. Unfortunately, many who claim to teach Animalized training only attempt to mimic the movements or intentions of each animal. This is because many people approach the training from a Human perspective. The Human approach is to quantify, qualify, and codify all things. To control and contain! To give a finite value to all living things. Particularly ourselves!
There is a way for us to develop or bring out the part of us that is often negated by the logical, emotional human part of us. Animalized training is more than just a physical training program! Primal Core allows us to explore that part of self that is often limited by the standards given to us by society. What about creating our own standards? Surpasing the limits that have been set for us by the “so called Experts”

Through animalized training we can start to explore the more primal side of us, The side of us that goes beyond fear! This process will help us surpass human limits and expand our physical and emotional states. Through the understanding and releasing of Animalized controlled and chaotic movement, Animalized Breathing, Animalized body expression, and Animalized intent training. This training expression will enhance physical speed, endurance, and power beyond what we called Human!
